The program covers 15 metro Atlanta counties and funds rapid re-housing and prevention assistance to homeless veteran households. SSVF is a Veterans Affairs funded grant to provide supportive services to extremely low or very low income veterans and veteran with families residing in, or transitioning to, permanent housing.
